Cruising Alaska
Vancouver to Ketchikan
Hopped aboard the Norwegian Pearl cruise ship which started off in Vancouver British Columbia, one time my hometown, to sail our way to Alaska. First off, Vancouver it was really nice sailing threw English Bay, seeing Stanley Park and going underneath the Lions Gate Bridge a bridge which I had gone over it many times.
Sailing through the Pacific Ocean, Moresby Island and Graham island.Along the way we ran into a few friends, killer whales, dolphins and a gorgeous sunset.
In the morning we arrived in Ketchikan Alaska we we took photos with some of the locals. "Sarah Palin!" We did a little walking / exploring tour of the city. Climb to the top of Ketchikan realize most of the city is built on docks. Stopped at the first city Saloon for a beer. Found some Street Art and totem poles. Browsed threw a second hand store did the touristy thing and hopped back on the Norwegian Pearl.
